They’ve decided to put the position on hold! -_-

I’m kind of relieved for a few reasons:
1. It wasn’t anything I did wrong and lost out to another person
2. I know that I don’t need to wait around anymore for a response

I’m just very disappointed.  I kind of feel like I’ve been dragged through their system and it was all for naught.  Let’s be honest, the decision to put a position on hold is something that takes several meetings and you don’t make at the last moment.  I feel like they knew this for a while.  Which also kind of explains why my third interview went so-so.  I think they were leaning in that direction and interviewed me out of formality.

The weirdest part is that I aint’ even mad, bro.  Seriously.  I’m not all that upset about it.  I mean, I wish I would have known when I was offered a $27/hour job, but really, I can’t fault anybody for deciding what they need to do to keep a business afloat.  I’m just a little bummed.

Back to the job hunt.  I just don’t know where I’m going to find a job that had my name plastered all over it like this job did. :(
